Nebraska Knoll Sugar Farm • Stowe, Vermont
Iconic Winter Activities
The living room is by far the most stunning room in the Main House, due in large part to the post and beam timber frame construction and the oversized Rumford fireplace. The winters are spectacular here—a roaring fire inside and snow-covered mountains outside will have you rekindling the magic of winter.
We’ll have you experiencing things you’ve never done before—we’ll take you ice fishing, snowshoe trekking through our neighbor’s 1930s logging trails, tour our favorite Maple Sugarhouses and find out why our Vermont Maple syrup is so delicious. We’ll take you to a fish hatchery, dairy and beef farms.
Try your hand at sheep shearing, then taste the best sheep milk cheese you’ve ever had. And, if you still have time to ski or snowboard, we’re perfectly located to ski five mountains. There’s no shortage of amazing things to do here, and we’ll show you it all!
